What amenities are included in your rental homes?
Our homes are fully equipped with modern amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, fully stocked kitchens, linens, and more. Each property listing provides a detailed amenities list.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is strict, which means you cannot cancel after 48 hours of booking. Please refer to our detailed policy on the booking page or contact us for specific questions.
Are pets allowed in the properties?
Pet policies differ by property. As of right now, the only property that does not accept pets is our Cheerful Deltona Home. Please review the individual listing or contact us to confirm if a specific home is pet-friendly. Additional fees may apply.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Do you offer any discounts for long-term stays?
Yes, we offer special rates for extended stays. Contact us directly to discuss long-term rental options and discounts.
Do you offer any kind of Damage Waiver?
We use a company called Happy Guest to offer guests an option to purchase a damage waiver. Happy Guest is also our guest portal where they can find check-in and check-out instructions, our guidebooks, recommendations and much more. Our goal is to make sure our guests have a smooth and relaxing stay at our homes and Happy Guest is our answer.
Can I have mail or packages delivered to the property?
For safety and security reasons, we generally do not recommend having packages delivered to the rental property. Please reach out if you need assistance with delivery options.
Is the kitchen stocked with cooking essentials?
Yes, each home features a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and basic spices, coffee makers etc. Some of our properties also include additional appliances like air fryers and blenders—details are available in the listing description.
Are there laundry facilities?
Yes, all of our properties include in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer. We also start you off with a starter laundry detergent and dryer sheets for immediate laundry needs. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact us to confirm.
Do you allow parties or events?
Our homes are for guest use only, and parties or large gatherings are not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance. Violations of this policy will result in fines and cancellation of the stay without refund.
What should I do if something isn’t working during my stay?
We strive to ensure everything is perfect for your visit, but if you encounter any issues, please contact us right away. We’ll address the situation promptly to ensure your stay remains enjoyable.
